" Gunny": formerly an active duty Marine ( Armorer/Small Arms Repairman), gun expert ; specialties: firearms, personal defense tactics, survival skills, prepping"Doc": medical doctor; specialties: medical care (alternative therapies/ trauma/emergency) , self-sustainability
There are already many sites out there covering a similar content... so why did we create another one? Because not many combine firearms and defense expertise and healing arts in one package like we do!
What you can expect...
We are going to be doing many reviews of common "prepping" related items and we will be sharing our honest opinions with our readers! ( and yes - sometimes we will probably not agree on a subject so you will get to hear both sides ;) two headstrong people in one boat just will give you that result!).
To go even further -we have been waiting to teach in-person classes on various subject matters. The reason we have been wanting to do this, is that we have years worth of experience in many fields, and we feel that it is very important for as many people as possible to know these things, given the direction the world is headed. The classes that we will be giving include unarmed self-defense, firearms courses and medical preparedness classes from beginner to expert and to start out, they will be offered all around the Inland North-West - keep checking back here to see the class curriculums and schedules released soon!
Gunny has been sharing his knowledge with friends and like-minded individuals ever since his time in the USMC and since the early stages of our friendship/relationship he has been passing on his knowledge to his wife.
Since before graduating from medical school in Europe, Doc has completed all courses required for U.S. Boards of Medicine. She has also taken it upon herself to further her knowledge in the studies of alternative and homeopathic medicine to create self-sustainability in a medical aspect and to allow her patients and students access to the best care possible.
A major part of our website will be sharing information as well as training and educating as many people as we can possibly reach. In case you didn't notice... the world out there is SCARY. With many uncertainties in the world including the upcoming U.S. elections looming over our heads, the internet is buzzing with fears and expectations of what is about to happen.
Anything is possible at this point. All you can do is be prepared. Train. Practice. Involve your entire family. Do whatever is necessary to survive and thrive!
